Irish Rock band Pillow Queens released a catchy melody last month with Hearts and Minds, ready for their highly anticipated album Leave The Light On which is set to be released this year. Hearts and Minds is a fantastic choice for a single in my opinion, containing captivating instrumentals and lyrics.

A heavily electronic tune was released in February by anonymous musician kiki. The song is purely instrumental, and is a fascinating listen made up of mysterious sounding instruments.

I love electronic music, especially House music, and ESSEL has blessed my ears with her new single Take You Here which is bound to get stuck in your head, combining complex beats with a melodic leading tune.

I cannot stress how underrated this song is by Canadian R&B singer Mel Pacifico. With silky production and velvety vocals, she creates a soothing atmosphere. On top of this the lyrics have such an angelic feel to them, reflecting the title of the song.

Californian rock band SPICE released their single Any Day Now in February, a song that puts emphasis on strong compelling instrumentals and powerful vocals.

Psych-pop group Elephant Stone express an enchanting sound with their single M.Lonely, which is apart of their recent EP Le Voyage De M.Lonely De Dans Le Lune.
