Violet – Olario

Award winning Austrian violinist and composer Yury Revich has released ‘Violet’ as part of his EP ‘Olario’, which is also the name of his innovative music project. There’s an untouchable air to the music here composed by the beautiful flow of elegant notes. The violin sustains the depth, exquisitely representing the meaning of the piece, inspired by the evanescence of a flower and the tender breeze of fresh love.

You Don’t Know Me – Cat Serrano

Up and coming musician Cat Serrano begins her debut single ‘You Don’t Know Me’ with a rich instrumental. This develops strongly alongside the vocals, in which Serrano executes beautifully throughout, adapting her tone to fit the levels of emotion and intensity. The chorus is where the melody truly blossoms, and we are left torn over singing along to match the passion or appreciate the euphonious bliss.

I, Machine – Ecllyps

‘I, Machine’ – the song of a classical trained pianist belonging to the project of Ecllyps – is a heavy metal release that is encapsulated by the topic of overthinking and obsessive thoughts. There’s a heavy and subtle contrast that correspond with each other continuously, perhaps a reference to the deeper meaning. The instrumental and vocals are admirably fitting in each component of the melody.

Cloud 9 – Cabal Central

Pressing play on ‘Cloud 9’ is like entering a new realm of music altogether. Cabal Central, a band formed in Liverpool during 2021, know how to work music with atmospheres that draw listeners in.
